Position Overview
Primary responsibility of the Member Insight and Research team is to develop key insights to inform integrated merchandising, marketing, and operational strategies through a deep understanding of the business and consumer members. The Sr. Manager of Insights will partner with the member Research and Analytics teams to integrate multiple sources of data into a synthesized view of our members’ motivations, their behaviors, and the competitive context to create and communicate new ideas and insights. You and your team are a day-to-day voice of our member to our internal clients.
