Position Overview
The account Director for this premier customer experience agency will be responsible for leading client and partner relationships in the conduct of Customer Satisfaction research. The ideal candidate will understand the client’s business and industry, and identify and execute appropriate research applications. The Account Director will suggest research methods, develop proposals, and ensure the research leads to action within the client’s business. The Account Director is also accountable for growing the existing accounts as well as generating sales leads.
