Position Overview

The EVP, Business Development for this Customer Experience Consultancy is a member of the executive management team and leads mission critical areas of the company. Principally, this executive is responsible for driving profitable new business and leading product development for the organization. The EVP oversees new business activities, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development and sales-to-execution transition processes. This leader will be the primary sales ‘front’ for the company, capable of superior engagement and persuasion of “C-Suite” executives. They must have a complete intellectual grasp of the firms approach, solutions, technology and history coupled with industry focus, outstanding communication and executive ‘presence.’ Further, as part of the executive management team, the EVP shares responsibility for corporate strategy and overall company direction.
